So, I started a profile with Influenster and I had received a box with products that I’m responsible for testing and writing reviews on. I had gotten the NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine as one of the products, and I didn’t really know how well I would like it. I typically don’t like lipgloss because a majority of the time they’re too shiny or too sticky and they come off looking tacky.
However, the one I got was a nude color and it surprisingly wasn’t sticky. It’s really low-priced and is sold at most chain drugstores. Not such a bad deal, I still use mine everyday and it’s a product I’ll continue to use in the future.

Doug Perrine captured these stunning photographs in the Maldives. The particular location (Vaadhoo Island) has a concentrated population of bioluminescent phytoplankton. Bioluminescence is a natural chemical reaction which occurs when a micro-organism in the water reacts with oxygen. When washed ashore by the tides, the phytoplankton’s chemical energy is turned into light energy, illuminating the waves.
